The San Benito High School CCMR Center provides information and guidance to students related to college admissions, financial aid, scholarships, and opportunities for earning college credit while in high school. As such, we:

✓ Provide SBHS students guidance and assistance with the college application process

✓ Provide SBHS students guidance and assistance with university, college, business, civic, and local scholarship applications

✓ Provide SBHS students guidance in searching online scholarship databases

✓ Provide SBHS students testing dates and registration information for college entrance and placement exams such as: SAT, SAT Subject, ACT, and TSI

✓ Coordinate and conduct on-site testing opportunities for SBHS students including SAT, SAT Subject, ACT, and TSI exams

✓ Register SBHS students for PSAT testing, then coordinate and conduct PSAT test administration

✓ Register SBHS students for Advanced Placement testing, then coordinate and conduct Advanced Placement test administration

✓ Provide opportunities for SBHS students and parents to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

✓ Assist SBHS students and parents with obtaining a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for FAFSA transmission

✓ Coordinate college, university, and military recruiter visits to the SBHS campus

✓ Coordinate San Benito High School’s dual enrollment program

The SBHS CCMR Center; located in the library, is open to all SBHS students daily before school from 7:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m., during student lunch periods, and after school Monday- Thursday from 4:10 p.m.- 5:30pm.
