this video tutorial is designed to help you understand the basic components of Google slides in it you will learn how to create and share a slideshow how to set your theme how to add a new slide how to insert text objects in images how to add transitions an animation and how to leave comments then again start by navigating to Google Slides you want to click on your applications button at the top-right what option is the click on Google Drive button how to get to get quick on your Google Slides but if you click on Google Drive it will take you here and to create your slideshow you simply quick new and click on Google Slides if you go to Google Slides you just click on this blank option right here this will create your slideshow for you the first thing you want to do is change the title of your slideshow next you might want to share it with me to do that simply quick the share button here and there are two ways for you to share the first is to get a shareable link if I click on this it turns like sharing on and now I can share this link with anyone I can change the permissions to that the person who is has the link in either you comment or edit the slide show you can also share directly to someone by entering their name down here and changing their permission so that they can either only Buick add comments to it or actually edit the slide show once you've done that the first step is to select your theme you'll notice it's over here already but you just have to click on this button to open it up this will change the look of your entire slideshow every slide you create will look different depending on which team you choose what size am I think I'll go ahead and add my title here and a subtitle down below and the first thing you're going to want to do is add a new Slide the City up here there's that little plus button that will add a new slide automatically or you can choose the layout by clicking the little arrow next to it text you might want to insert something other text to do that you simply go to this insert option here and you can insert an image chart some links video WordArt or any other pieces that you want in your sight show now once you have objects on your slide show you might want to animate that that might mean a transition for your slide or to making objects come onto the screen in different ways to do this quick on the transition button here for the slide you notice I'm over here selected in my thumb now I can add a transition I might slide from left to right I can apply it to all my slides and one I present the slide will move off the screen to transition to the next one however if I want to make this title come on the screen in a different way I have to click on the title quick select an object anime then I can decide how I want it to either come in or out let's say I want to have it fixed and shortly after that Kate out on quick that means the next Christmas story when I click you can set it to automatically start after or with the previous animation let's see what it looks like is the transition nasty animation and it fades shops lastly you can actually add comments straight on site shows so if you would like to leave a comment you click on where you want to leave a comment and you can click on this button right here add comment once your slideshow is completely set up and ready to present all you have to do is click on this present button up here it would put it into full-screen so that represent show off your new slide show
