The following student-athletes will need a physical prior to the start of the school year:
-ALL incoming 7th graders for athletics/sports
-Any NEW student-athlete for the 2020-2021 year (8th-12th)
-Student's with red flags on the Medical History Form
The UIL Legislative Council approved that all student athletes who submitted a physical form for the 2019-2020 school year will be good and valid for the 2020-2021 school year.
Parents who still want their child to get a physical for the 2020-2021 school year may download the physical form on from the Athletic Department website, but it will not be required.
Therefore, ALL students participating in athletics will be required to complete online forms on Rank One for the 2020-2021 school year. Click on the PDF below for directions on how to to complete the online forms. The Deadline for Rank One online forms will be June 12, 2020.
