How to Start the Early College Academy

If you are interested in having your student participate in the Early College Academy (ECA) next academic year, please know the following:

  • There is no paperwork or application to be done at this time
  • We will have another meeting in February 2024 to start the actual application process (apply online, submit consent forms, go over the ECA Expectations, etc.)
  • There are no Dual Enrollment College Classes this entire 2023-2024 academic school year (9th grade)
  • The ECA Dual Enrollment College Classes will START Fall 2024 (there 10th grade year) at San Benito HS
  • The MAIN priority/focus for this year is for your student to Take and PASS the TSI Exams; they will Need to PASS Both TSI sections (Math & ELAR) if they want to participate in ECA. 
  • VMA will be communicating with you and your students of when, where, & how they can take the TSI Exams
