welcome to my story on how to use Google Calendar Google Calendar app and it's really change the way of organized my life so to access Google Calendar open Chrome Miami box and it pops up automatically there's another option if you prefer you can go to the App Store under the website where you can search for Google Calendar and decided it doesn't ask to Miami or I might stay here so I can see what event I have planned for today just by this short version of that just quite handy as well I have my different calendars along the side which is quite handy you can have on different versions of the calendars so if I have a school calendar I have many jobs so I use it to organize all my different jobs which is great you can do all this into one calendar at the top you will see if there's different ways to view your calendar by day week month for days or agenda because I can clearly see what I have planned the next few days which is great so looking back like I said you can click on the different calendars that you want to view if I don't want to look at my school schedule I would rather just focus on my person I would think with all of these other options and I will just give you exactly what I have coming up for this week so I can look like that Krispy Kreme calendar just going to go to My Calendar create new calendar typing test description for the calendar either location if you prefer the time zone where this is going to take place just a moment check calendar one so I have my calendar set up here I can do it this way calendar so I can visually see the difference between my calendar when it happened at the same time to create an event is really easy you just going to go under create typing events that you have you're just going to type in the day that you'd like to see the all-day event and then it will be in your calendar for that entire time now once again you can change the color you can add attachment if you have an agenda for the school assembly description in here and that would save as my gender for today one of the very cool features of Google Calendar that you can share calendars with other people so we can plan accordingly so all you have to do is Tiffany calendar sports day at the very bottom you're going to see other people I was typing my husband's email and I would send it over to him this way we can one of my favorite things is another app called Google cast as a teacher I feel how many things on the go so Google taxes great it works on my iPhone so I have a list of my past now it's even better because it syncs with Google Calendar so I'm going to open up my tasks here already ready to go and you can see all of my cats that have completed and the top that I have to complete in the future so it's really handy book Google Calendar and Google tasks in quite well together and they work well on your iPhone as well puppy Android Google Calendar it is very easy to use and if you have any questions you can email me at k o c o and n fun at Lake.
